其实比想象的还好点儿……70年代灾难片大潮中的平庸之作。遵循了灾难片的所有模式，人们聚集在一起参加一个重要的社交活动，没有意识到大自然在加班加点地破坏他们的乐趣，所有灾难片的经典桥段都出现了。罗杰科曼的制作，有限的制作成本在某种程度上对影片有利，虽然部分情节很容易被挑刺，效果也很糟，但导演还是有点儿化腐朽为神奇的能力吧。
罕见题材，露点不断，拍的成本不低。
